Machine guidance (MGS) and roller compactor (RCS) systems that show construction machines and terrain in real-time 3D.

• Built a multi-tenant, multilingual cloud platform with role-based access control, one-click database backups and central authentication, the first market-ready cloud ecosystem for the MGS product line.
• Built the first market-ready excavator runtime UI (Electron, React, Three.js): real-time 2D/3D animation of the bucket and arm from IoT data, helping operators work accurately on site.
• Built a one-click installer that securely downloads and installs terminal applications, improving app distribution productivity by ~70%.
• Led a team of three engineers and shipped the platform's first cloud release through to a stable product.

• Led a team of four building radio-equipment simulation software from scratch for a government client, across the full lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Led a four-person team owning a PrismERP product used by 100+ business customers: goals, improvements and maintenance.
• Built a central authentication system giving users single sign-on across multiple ERP instances, a requirement for large international clients.
• Built a master–slave data flow service that made dynamic dealer-management reports 50% faster.
• Owned core ERP modules (supply chain, asset management, HR, finance), built a YAML-driven dynamic dashboard system and an enterprise library management system, and mentored junior engineers.
